Terms Updated to Allow Streaming/Video

Hello everyone!

A user brought up that my terms of use were prohibitive to folks streaming or making video content, given that my license forbids commercial use and that could conflict with folks getting income from Twitch, AdSense, etc.

I've updated and clarified the terms of use to allow for streaming and video content for the tiles for commercial purposes. It was never my intent to stifle folks actively using the tiles and making visual content while doing so. The license was specifically made so folks wouldn't re-sell or give out my content.
